It also means the work is varied. In a single week you might handle a reefer of live plants into Singapore, an out-of-gauge press machine bound for Australia, and a time-critical first-flight-out air shipment. You learn the trade properly, from people who have done it for decades.
What we look for
- Ownership: you follow a shipment through, not just your part of it
- Clear communication with clients, agents and drivers
- Comfort with detail: documentation errors are expensive
- Willingness to learn multimodal operations end to end
